Unworn, unwashed items with original tags (including our signature seashell logo tag) may be returned within 21 days of delivery—longer than standard policies to accommodate vacation schedules. Exchanges are available for size adjustments on swim trunks or sandals, or for alternative styles of equal value from our current collection. Note: Final sale items marked with wave icon are excluded.
Beach essentials must be free of sand, sunscreen, or saltwater residue. Footwear requires original dust bags and box inserts to prevent sole damage during return shipping. For hygienic reasons, swimwear must retain protective liners. Bundle returns in waterproof packaging—we recommend using the original shipping bag with reinforced tape. Missing components (like removable sarong ties or shoe bags) will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Size exchanges for our quick-dry polos or board shorts are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your return.
