All orders undergo quality inspection and sand-resistant packaging within 4–7 business days. During peak beach season (May-August), processing may extend to 10 business days as we hand-check each linen shirt and woven sandal. You'll receive shipment confirmation with tracking details once your package catches the next wave out of our warehouse.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 10–18 business days via standard shipping - we account for potential coastal weather delays. International shipments to beach destinations require 14–28 business days, including customs clearance for your tropical essentials. Remote island deliveries may experience additional 3–5 day delays due to limited ferry schedules.

When your vacation starts tomorrow and your swim trunks didn't make the suitcase, our expedited service uses coastal express carriers to deliver within 5–8 business days domestically. International beach resorts receive priority clearance for 7–12 business day delivery.
Expedited shipping unavailable for: (1) Custom monogrammed items (2) Oversized beach umbrellas (3) Remote atolls without regular air service. During hurricane season (June-November), expedited service to Caribbean destinations may be suspended.
Tropical nations may assess duties on imported beachwear - these "paradise taxes" are your responsibility. Unpaid customs fees causing returns will incur a US$25 reprocessing charge, as we must specially treat saltwater-exposed packaging.
We cannot deliver to: (1) Unmapped sandbars (2) Houseboats without permanent mooring (3) Beach huts accessible only at low tide. For yacht deliveries, please provide marina details and slip number.
Your tracking email includes a "Beach Forecast" delivery estimate accounting for tides and trade winds. International packages show "Clearing Customs - Imagine You're Already There" status until local processing completes.
Unworn beach items may be returned within 21 days of delivery. Sand in pockets or suntan oil stains void return eligibility. Swimwear must retain original hygienic liner for returns.
